Michael has been securities licensed for fourteen years. He holds series 7, 63, and 65 licenses as well as insurance licenses in the state of Tenessee. He recently joined NettWorth Financial Group after enjoying great success with Goldman, Harris, Pratt and Associates. He enjoys working with union members and educating them on how retirement will impact them financially as well as personally. He currently has working relationships with the police and firefighters in the Nashville area.
Michael is focused on the methods and processes used to educate his clients in the intricacies of their financial life. Michael enjoys the company of his family and friends along with many activities including boating, snow skiing and scuba diving.
Jeffrey A. Pratt, Registered Represenative
Jeff is a locally recognized financial advisor with NettWorth Financial Group specializing in retirement planning needs. He has 17 years of industry experience holding the securities licenses series 7, 63 and 65 as well as the state licenses in life, health, property and casualty insurances.
After serving America in the 1991 Persian Gulf War, Jeff attended Middle Tennessee State University where he earned a degree in accounting and business. He spent several years in the banking industry and most recently enjoyed great success with Goldman, Harris, Pratt and Associates. Jeff has two sons Cole and Hayden and along with his boys is an avid fan of all the hometown teams.

Kristi began her career as a Receptionist for a sole practicing attorney in 1994. Over the next 16 years, she worked her way up to Legal Assistant for attorney Bates, as well as his son. Kristi’s duties included preparation of legal documents, testifying regarding research, client liaison, and numerous other detail oriented administrative tasks.
In 2010, Kristi made the decision to leave her position in Centerville and move to Nashville, Tennessee. In Nashville, she found work in an executive suites, which led to her recruitment for her position as Sr. Operations & Business Development Assistant with Investment Advisors, Michael Harris and Jeffrey Pratt in 2014.
Kristi and her husband, Billy, live Nashville for seven years, where they raised their son, Cole Tinin. In her spare time, Kristi enjoys reading and spending time with family.
